  • WHERE: Artsource, 8 Phillimore Street, Fremantle - 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive from Bathers Beach
  • WHEN: 11am – 4.30pm, Saturday 5 March
  • COST: Artsource member - $98, non-member - $119 (includes lunch)
  • MATERIALS: Provided. Guests encouraged to bring shells, bones, beach finds, beads, brooches, buttons, necklaces, pencil, and notebook.
  • AGES: 13+. Parents encouraged to sit separately from children to foster independent creativity.

 
Please note this workshop will take place on the third floor of a heritage listed building, and is accessible only via stairs.

Todd Israel has been a practising fibre artist since the mid-nineties. As both an artist ad elite athlete ha straddles a delicate position. The form of athleticism fascinates hum and his long term intention is to fully explore the body dynamics of motion in various stages.

Nalda Searles is a senior West Australian fibre textile artist with a history as a maker and a teacher spanning 4 decades. Her most recent exhibition held at Mundaring Arts Centre attracted a large viewing audience and contained 50 pieces of both new and previous works. She has moved into recycled clothing and object making.
