Membership Services Quality Assurance

Code
The Artsource Code of Ethics and Conduct sets out the ethical conduct and the standards that are expected of its members. As part of their governance duties, directors, employees and members are also required to work towards instituting a system of compliance and fostering a culture of ethics in the organisation. This code sets out the fundamental principles and ethics that guide the actions of Artsource, its boards, committees, employees and volunteers. Reconciliation Action Plan
Aboriginal Reconciliation Action Plan
Artsource has commenced a journey towards developing an Aboriginal Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) which supports our ambition to lead reconciliation action in the visual arts sector in Western Australia.

Artsource’s equity and diversity practices ensure that everyone in the Artsource community receives equitable and fair opportunity and treatment, irrespective of race, gender, sexuality, gender identity, belief, heritage or culture. Professional Development through education is one of the pillars and aims of our strategic plan. This statement outlines Artsource’s positioning in delivering professional programs and when imparting information to its members and the public, considering the different ideologies, world views, motivations and agendas of individuals and stakeholders. The Statement of Curricular Philosophy outlines our aims, educational philosophy, approaches to learning and the development of curriculum, that provides opportunities for graduates and artists of all career stages, and aims to bring about positive social change.
