Artist Statement

I’m inspired by the Australian landscape; I enjoy finding beauty in the colours and forms within the environment. The land is both ancient and ephemeral, I aspire to capture the beauty of both these concepts. I aim for my works to connect with my viewers, for them to be reminded of a place in their memory, to notice details in nature they didn’t before.
