Biography

Jude Willis is a Western Australian artist who works from studios in Fremantle and Albany. Her artwork encompasses a variety of styles with the overarching theme being exploration of the world around her. Her multi layered works are infused with tangles of lines, strokes, and marks (some spontaneous some careful and following observation) reflecting a response to place and habitat as well as an awareness of time and movement. She has won a number of awards and has works in both Australian and International collections She is an avid Fremantle Dockers fan and looks forward to the day they finally win the elusive grand final!
