Artsource is committed to providing affordable studio spaces to artists. We see this as a fundamental way to develop visual artists and their practices in Western Australia.
Currently 9 studio complexes are managed and leased to over 60 artists, across the mtro area (click on each studio for its full details):

Artsource Fremantle - 23 studios

Artsource Midland - 18 studios, including an Artist-Run-Initiative space

Haig Park, East Perth - 4 studios

Settlers Cottage, Churchlands - 4 studios

Railway Avenue, Kelmscott - 3 studios

Ocean Gardens, City Beach - 1 studio

Garvey Park, Belmont - 1 studio

Amherst St, East Fremantle - 1 studio

Some studios are subsidised by the State government; others are commercial leases. Most of the studios are between 18sqm - 42sqm and rents range from $25 - $60 per week.
