Western Australian artists with a disability will benefit from a new $100,000 grant program launched as part of the Disability and the Arts Initiatives (DAII).

Healthway offers sponsorship of both over and under $5,000.
Healthway gives priority to arts activities which focus on young people and other community groups experiencing social inequality.

Culturia offers work and living spaces to ’Non-Berliners’ for a period between 3 to 6 months to realise projects, paying no rent but only additional expenses. The participants are involved in a networking program, easing the step to enter the cultural and social scenes of Berlin.
In our partner galleries we have exhibitions and events, giving young artists a chance to perform and to show the results of their work.

Propel Youth Arts WA is excited to announce a brand new program for 2010…

The JUMP National Mentoring Program for Young and Emerging Artists supports the career development of artists aged 18 – 30, and in the first five-years of their professional practice, by providing mentoring opportunities with established professionals in their artform.

Successful applicants will be mentored for up to 10 months by an industry professional of their choosing and will receive up to $5 000 cash to fund an associated creative project.

JUMP is funded by the Australia Council for the Arts, the Australian Government’s arts funding and advisory body, through the Opportunities for Young and Emerging Artists initiative. JUMP is managed nationally by Youth Arts Queensland, and delivered in 2010 in collaboration with inaugural state partners Propel Youth Arts WA and Carclew Youth Arts (SA).

Propel Youth Arts WA are currently accepting YCulture Metro applications for arts projects happening in 2009.
The process is really easy! YCulture is a non-competitive grant which means your application will NEVER be assessed against another’s. YCulture also has NO cut off dates which means that you can apply at ANY time.
We will fund up to $3000 for arts projects run by young people (12-26 yrs) FOR young people.
It is open to arts and culture projects across ALL artforms.
