Annual General Meeting
Please be advised of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of The Artists’ Foundation of Western Australia Limited.
The details of this meeting are as follows:
DATE: Tuesday, 15 June, 2021
TIME: 6:00PM for a 6:15PM start
PLACE: The Atrium Old Customs House, 8 Phillimore Street, Fremantle.
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting

accept the auditor’s report
All current Members are entitled to vote at the AGM.
If you are unable to attend the AGM, you can nominate a current Member to vote on your behalf by sending the attached ‘Proxy Voting Form’ to: the Secretary: Judy.board@artsource.net.au by: Thursday 11 June at 5:00pm.

Board Nominations
Nominations to the Board are now open and there are two positions available for election this year. To be eligible for election to the Board, a person must have been a financial Member for at least one year prior to nomination and remain a member during his or her elected term.
The nomination form is attached HERE.

Nomination forms must be emailed to board@artsource.net.au by COB on 11 June 2021

Information about the nominees will be sent to all Members on 13 June 2021.

Voting in-person will take place at the AGM on 15 June.

The elected Board members will be announced after the AGM on 18 June 2021.
